Jerk is one of the Caribbean's most recognisable flavour traditions, and this set captures three different approaches to it — the depth of a traditional marinade, the control of a dry rub, and the sharp, smoky finish of a table sauce. Together they cover the full range of jerk cooking, from preparation through to the plate.
How to Enjoy It
Use the jerk seasoning paste as a marinade, the dry seasoning as a rub, and the BBQ sauce as a finishing glaze or table sauce. Suitable for chicken, fish, prawns, vegetables, and slow-cooked dishes, whether grilling, roasting, barbecuing, or cooking indoors. Use each separately or build with all three — the heat and depth adjust naturally as you go.
