How long does delivery take?

UAE delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

Tracked GCC delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, courier schedules, customs processing, public holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free UAE delivery on orders of AED 250 or more.

Standard UAE delivery is AED 29.

GCC delivery rates are calculated according to package weight and destination and are displayed at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes on a GCC order?

Destination duties, import taxes or other customs charges may be payable by the recipient upon arrival. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are not included in our product prices or delivery charges.

Selected temperature-sensitive products are available for UAE delivery only.
